QUOTE(Mikeshashimi @ May 10 2014, 10:24 PM) Thanks for the links and I have read (briefly) thru them. Sorry to sound like a broken record, but another Q. When/How do you know when it is worth it for the cashback to use a CC in light of CC surcharge as oppose to using Cash/debit? There is no surcharge for local transactions (with the exception for some PC shops which is illegal) QUOTE(Mikeshashimi @ May 10 2014, 10:30 PM) Can you enlighten me the point of giving 2 cards? I've read the rewards etc. for the cards but can't seem to find anytime where I would use the non-Amex card unless the place I use it won't accept amex. I feel like I'm missing something. This is the feature of the Maybank 2 cards. Many of us just keep the visa/master counterpart in drawer. For your case, it may come handy when AMEX is not accepted. You get 1x point. QUOTE(kart @ Feb 23 2015, 10:36 AM) What about Public Bank Visa Signature Card? I know that my annual income does not fulfil the requirement, but I can pledge fixed deposit to make the cut.
Assuming I fulfil the requirement for Public Bank Visa Signature Card income-wise, is this card suitable for my dining purpose, supplementing my Maybank 2 Card Amex? PBB VS tops the list for dining useful for online transaction and groceries too.
