Maybank2 Gold vs UOB One basic, which is better?
PS: Already have UOB One basic and OCBC Ti on hand, but Maybank called me to offer me the gold card. Thinking to terminate either one here.

If anyone went to Mid valley last weekend in conjunction with the Minions-HSBC event, the sales was keep promoting how good is HSBC cards with 8% cash rebate in any day. Is it true?
So HSBC > MBB2 Cards now?

Lol.
1. Earnings : RM40k p.a.
2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: Yes
3. Card required for: Anything
4. Existing credit cards if any: MBB2 Amex, OCBC Ti Master (just realised the rebate has dropped to 0.1% which is pathetic) and UOB One classic.
Any suggestion for new cards? As I intend to cut OCBC soon.

Any recommendations for cc to replace ocbc titanium? Smtg like all other retail expenses 1% etc.
No annual fee is a must. Alr hv mbb2 amex and uob one hence this is a back up card for other retail expenses which do not belong any packages groceries telco movie dining etc.
smtg like HLB essential without annual fee.

QUOTE(victorywp @ Jun 14 2015, 11:07 PM) if your concern is "other retail expenses which do not belong any packages groceries telco movie dining etc.", and not because of merchant not accepting amex, then you don't need another cc. just use your existing mbb2amex as it still gives you 1.25% anyway. how come 1.25%? I thought cash rebate only applicable to weekend? I means weekdays, all other retail expenses (no category), still get rebate at its maximum punya card

QUOTE(victorywp @ Jun 16 2015, 03:49 PM) your weekdays using mbb2amex still can get 5x tp which is equivalent to 1.25% cash value if redeem for cash vouchers. for weekends, you get additonal 5% on top of the 5x tp (1.25% cash value). understood. in this case, is there any substitution? i prefer cash back instead of cash value/vouchers. smtg like HLB essential?
