my current situation.......

* MM2H expat [ jobless ]

* Got local & overseas Rental income.

* Own stay Condo at KL for permanent address.

* maintaining savings & property loan account with SCB & UOB for 3 years.

* primary intention to fly back home around 6 to 8 times a year.



1. Annual Income: RM180K and above.

2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: A Must.

3. Card required for: AirMiles preferably MAS + KL Living expenses.

4. Existing credit cards if any: Nil.

5. Looking at CC from: Maybank - Maybankard 2 Amex, Visa infinite, Citibank - Premier Miles, OCBC - Titanium Mastercard.

6. Others: I am a foreigner + freehold property investor.
