I'm looking a best substitution(s) for the Maybank 2 Gold Card after my uncle and I being the fraud victim. While I often carry out foreign transactions, but my uncle is totally new to the card.

Annual income : 40-50k
Annual fee : waived with swipes or lifetime
Good for : travel, overseas transactions, petrol, grocery, utilities
*No Maybankard*

Any suggestions guys?
