Lol.

1. Earnings : RM40k p.a.

2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: Yes

3. Card required for: Anything

4. Existing credit cards if any: MBB2 Amex, OCBC Ti Master (just realised the rebate has dropped to 0.1% which is pathetic) and UOB One classic.

Any suggestion for new cards? As I intend to cut OCBC soon.

If anyone went to Mid valley last weekend in conjunction with the Minions-HSBC event, the sales was keep promoting how good is HSBC cards with 8% cash rebate in any day. Is it true?

So HSBC > MBB2 Cards now?
*
Ya what the staff told you is true for 8% rebate BUT need to spend over rm2001 first only get 8%, some more weekend if no mistaken.

For sure they will just told you the point and TnC you need to figure out yourself

1. Annual Income: RM24K to RM30K

2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: yes

3. Card required for: Petrol, Cash Back/Rebate Only,

4. Existing credit cards if any: none

6. Others: First time looking for CC, thinking to get it for shell petrol and maybe auto-payment for telephone bill. so far, couldn't think of any other usage for the card. maybe some online purchase?

You may consider for MBB 2 Card since your main point for petrol, telephone bill can pay by it too

Kindly look for MBB thread for more information

It's not Maybank has abolished it, it's the government.
With the implementation of GST effectively 1st April, Government Service Tax for credit cards has been abolished.

Only those applied before 1st April and having cards anniversary before 1st April will have this tax charged earlier.

Hi boss, any other recommendation for weekday cards for cashback?

Already having 2 cards and Ikhwan ( both definitely will get 50 bucks cashback due to family spending and etc ) but kinda need another card for weekdays cash back since I'm traveling out often.

Eyeing HLB Mach/Wise or UOB One or Citi's card but no idea which to pick up.

Any good recommendations?
