Dad planning to change his tyres 205 60 15 for an old BM. Need advise on a budget tyre suitable for normal driving and good grip when wet. He doesnt speed but safety during rain is a must.

Possible to get below rm250/tyre? Appreciate any recommendations. He stays in Melawati so preferably in that area. Thanks.
