Hi all, I planning to change my donuts next month, any recommendation?

Car Model : Mazda 3 2.0
Tyre Size : 215/45/17
Current : Conti MC5

My budget around RM400 -RM500.
Preferably quiet as I travel a lot, performance come second
My friends recommend PS3 and Toyo T1R....
Planning to change in KL as I from Ipoh, Ipoh quite expensive....
