Just did on-wheel (high speed) balancing 2 days ago. No problem. I also was having the same issue as you, steering vibration whenever hit exactly 120kmh and above.

Go to those shop that have the machine to spin your tire with your engine off. And gear in Neutral. (Front tires)
For Rear tires, engine off. Gear in (P). Handbrake engage.

** Don't do if they want to on your engine, jack/lift up, and use engine power to spin tire. Harmful to engine/gearbox.

dyno test is actually to test how much horsepower and torque the car is actually giving out on the wheels. it is like driving full throttle (for a short period of time only) on the dyno machine..

i serviced at COSE, and the SA said i've had a voucher so they gonna deduct it from the final cost. but i don't even know what voucher they are talking about
i sure as hell i didn't have any voucher with myself or my car

I don't believe the website.
Auto headlamp available to all version according to the website.
But no such feature  in my exec.
