Camping at COSE Shah Alam.

Standard 10K service + Seats replacement (bulu) + Tik Tik noise at left rear + Power window recall.

Batch 24xxx

I tried to locate the metal but failed, so hope SC people can rectify it.

The car was moved from parking bay to service bay at 10am and only can get my car at 5:30pm. Payment counter closed already, luckily got service advisor knows how to use that credit card machine.

Took a day off and camp there, still stuck in hectic Kesas and LDP jam thought they can finish ealier.

Tik tik sounds at rear not solved, from EON PJ to COSE...haiz, need to locate where is the metal bar myself already, if not mistaken, got forumer posted a photo before.

Power windows coil springs recall, done.

Seat (fury, "berbulu") all changed, I only requested driver and front passenger side only, as I don't usually carry passenger at the back, but they changed all, well done.

Last, is the third free labor charge, I COULD NOT redeem. Reason, the first three free service vouchers, must redeem on first year, my car just 1 year and 6 days old, at the end I have to pay the labor charge for the 10K service. Before this, I do 1K (semi oil), 5K (semi oil). Anyone experienced the same too?

Funny thing is their system has problem, the bill printed out all 0.00, but of course, I have to pay to check out.

RM 195.05 (semi oil, oil filter, gasket) + labor, very minimum, no treatment etc.

No choice already, my final hope at COSE they also no bother to fix it.

Can, almost no question asked, driver side right part can see "bulu" came out already.

Mine I think is more toward rear speaker side, only when driving at low speed, for example looking for parking and road is uneven/normal tar road. If is like The Curve parking those smooth surface, no sound.

2 to 3 hours, not yet factor in their tea time, lunch time...

No need to prove. Just show them on the spot. Another forumer serviced his car at Alor Setar SC also managed to change. His one is 1 year and 6 months old.

I just called to iCare to reconfirm cause I was being charged on labor for 10K service at COSE. They told me the 3 times free labor charge service only valid for 1 year, applied to all PROTON cars ??!...what?!

Any experience car engine cannot start problem?

1 year old CVT Executive, just done 10K service a week ago, battery ok.

Technician from auto-assist said maybe fuel pump issue.

No, since my old waja spoiled once with the fuel pump, I have never let my preve low fuel sign came out.

Just collect my car from Proton Mutiara Damansara, service advisor said "minyak overflow"...eh...did anyone experience this?

I asked into details, he just said, "minyak overflow", changed some parts and re-map ECU. When come to think of it, is engine oil or fuel overflow, I also forgot to insist I want to know. Somemore, want them to print of the list of what parts have been changed, he said system down, cannot print, but ensure it is under warranty...

Okay for standard service, talking about solving problem, they no bother to talk much.

Have been to PE Section 13 and COSE Shah Alam also. Actually, is just luck which service advisor you deal with.
