My Preve Turbo does not have any sound in the steering wheel. Maybe in another year's time then the sound will come up.

I think the steering sound from your Preve is different from the steering sound in my Ford Focus. In your case, the sound comes up when you are making a U-turn or when parking. In my case, there is no sound from the steering when parking or making a U-turn. Completely quiet. Only when the car is going over bad roads or rough roads, there is a rattling sound from the steering wheel.

I just saw this Table posted from another thread on the main forum. Surprisingly the Preve Turbo's 0-100km/h and 80-120km/h acceleration are even quicker than the Honda Civic 2.0. All the while my impression was the Civic 2.0 VTEC is capable of even better acceleration around 9.0s or so. Perhaps these tabulated figures can be used as a estimate benchmark in gauging the acceleration power of the vehicles that were tested.

Do you have the link showing the details of the test, considering you mentioned the tests were carried out in few runs with the results averaged? Yes, the acceleration power of the Preve Turbo is certainly not bad. The main aspect that I don't like about the Preve Turbo is the loud and harsh sound from the engine during hard acceleration and increased levels of vibration in the vehicle in these situations.

Thanks for the link captain. Any idea why the Ford Focus model shown in the Table as attached here(GDI 6A/T 2012) does not correspond to the Focus model in the link? (TDCi 6A/T)? The GDI is the petrol version of the current Focus model being sold here whereas the TDCi is the diesel version of the Focus. I spotted on the difference when I noticed the 0-100km/h and 80-120km/h times are different between the table shown over here above this page, and the table in the Headlightmag link.
