On this date i ask for best price 5 unit, before checking his stock he quoted me the price.
So i paid and seller verify my payment.


21/9/13

three days later he said he have only 3units of blue colour, assuming enermax, seller DID NOT SAY IS SHARK AEROCOOL

25/9/13

four days later, i said if you short of two unit i dont mind replacing them with red colour same enermax fan.
Seller said he have 3 unit blue and 2 unit red. DID NOT SAY IS SHARK AEROCOOL

29/9/13

Still ask 3 unit blue and 2 unit red whether is okay? DID NOT SAY IS SHARK AEROCOOL


I said OKAY
BUT NOT EXPECTING AEROCOOL SHARK.

NO WHERE IN THE PM SELLER MENTION AEROCOOL SHARK.




FEW QUESTION:

MISTAKE 1: Why didnt check stock before quoting?
MISTAKE 2: Why didnt mention its AEROCOOL SHARK before sending out?

Where resort to these irresponsible bullying method? So many fanboy standing up to protect them.




1st reply after i post on lowyat.
The seller then pm me, saying i did not give them a reply, assuming i need them urgently, so not asking/telling me its aeroshark yet they still send it.
