Which pharmacies is that? I thought this benadyl is quite common. They should have had it. I don't know exactly which has it. Why don't you google those around you and give them a call to ask?

Benadryl, in the form mixed with the expectorant is common here in Malaysia. But I don't want the type that is mixed with the expectorant.

Looks like the standalone astihistamine without expectorant is quite hard to find huh? I've asked a pharmacist from Alpha Pharmacy he doesn't have it as well.

Have you try out other medication? Fedac seems to be working really well for myself.

YUp I've tried most of the over the counter antihistamines already. Fedac works, but not as well. And it it mixed with a decongestant which I don't need.

Btw, out of curiosity, have you actually purchase this tablet before from Pharmacy?

Diphenhydramine 25mg is difficult to find because it has strong sedative effect. Many pharmacies do not keep them because there are many drug addicts that seek them. However, you can try these following antihistamines as they work relatively well too.

First-generation (sedating)

1. Chlorpheniramine ( Piriton or the generic Kotamin by CCM)
2. Dexchlorpheniramine (generic forms are available too)
3. Hydroxyzine ( Atarax )
4. Triprolidine

Second-generation (non-sedating)

1. Loratadine
2. Cetirizine ( Zyrtec)
3. Fexofenadine ( Telfast)

Third-generation ( non-sedating)

1. Desloratidine (Aerius)
2. Levocetirizine (Xyzal)

Actually, medicine is a trial-and-error thingy. You need to try a variety of them before you know which suits you the best. All antihistamines uses the same mechanism to counter the histamine produced during an allergy, you just need to find which antihistamine suits you the best.

p/s: The generic will do and they cost a lot more less.

I used to order quite a number of drugs including steroid creams (mometasone,
Elomet, original Schering) and budesonide nasal sprays (Butacort, New Zealand)
real cheap from their ''UK'' website, but that has closed down.

They were based in Hongkong. Many of their drugs are Indian generics.  I ordered
generic dutasteride and tamsulosin (the Duodart combination drug here costs a
bomb) for my father's BPH once. Passed them to my elder brother to give it to him
in the nursing home, but the feedback I got was they did not work, so I am not
sure if they were fakes.

Be aware that some forum users on the net have also reported that their
drugs were fakes or of hopeless quality, but others say their drugs work well.
They were quite genuine and honest, spoke with them on the phone a few times,
and they even refunded to my credit card one order which did not get past customs.
This appears to be their other site, which I have never tried ordering from before.
Seems they only accept wire transfers, bank drafts or Western Union international
money orders (not cash transfer).
