TS is a friendly chap and attends to my 3GS white screen of death (WSoD) issue in an efficient manner despite me calling him at a pretty last minute decision. Yes, I called him up on sunday morning and he attended to my case without any hiccups. Best of all, I managed to get back my phone at a fairly short period and also willingly to send it back to me at a meetup point nearby to my house (helps to save up my travelling cost & time)
