Hi, I wanna check with you. Huawei P10, other evil kids try to unlock my lock screen. Due to repeat attempts, now my phone is lockdown. I went to Huawei customer center, the only solution is to reformat.

Is there any way that I can retrieve my data/backup before reformat in order to use my phone again?
