Most likely MTU issues, what router are you using?
*
I am using xiaomi router mini running openwrt and a innacomm modem.

I tried 1492,1480,1432,1320 on my WAN and WAN6 MTU.

Tried to configure IPv6 on my Draytek Vigor router. It looks okay from the networking perspective however, www.yahoo.com and Facebook content (not the website) i.e. pictures and videos are not loading...

switch back to IPv4, everything back to normal...

other than that, lowyat forum, google, ipv6-test.com running fine.

Many routers are still not 100% ready for IPv6, although it is compatible and you'll get IPv6 but there will be hiccups. Based on my experience, TM's stock router offers the best and hassle free IPv6 experience while other routers might still need tweaking to get it work properly.

What do you mean?

Last time I used DD-WRT years ago. It was so bad. It was very unstable and full of bugs.
I had to move to Shibby's TomatoUSB. Not sure about now.

Need to get the settings so that I can connect to Unifi, can't seem to find the right settings to set the RT-N66U as a Wireless Router after flashing DD-wrt

This was exactly what happened with my RT-N16 last time.

No matter what I configured also couldn't get it to work.

I would suggest you to use Shibby's TomatoUSB instead.
