QUOTE(Agito666 @ Oct 11 2013, 03:09 PM) i just saw you post in canon thread. you really like neighbor daughters eh? 1.5-2.5k can buy DSLR already. (refer back someone just ask about buy nikon D5100 for around 1.8k) since you said don't want to change lens, so DSLR is not right for you? or actually you want DSLR + 1 lens at the moment? also what you plan to shoot ? family photo? streets? birds? opposite neighbour's daughter bath? because sometimes recommended too basic you might find it lack of control and very fast to switch higher end gear also.... |

You need to try out, don't just simply believe, need to investigate.

![]() FUUUU QUOTE Budget 2014. Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be imposed by April 2015, 6%. GST replaces sales tax and service tax. Currently camera, lens, speedlights are TAX free in Malaysia. So be prepared to pay 6% extra for your hobby by April 2015. Most photographic accessories as 10% sales tax (during importing pay to custom), so we might see some accessories with price drop then. Of course, you still have 18 months left to save and buy your dream camera at 6% cheaper. Or sell your equipment at 6% less loss after April 2013. For a Nikon D4, 6% means nearly RM1k increment. For a Nikon D3200, it is around RM100 extra. Sos kicap |

QUOTE(Koki @ Nov 10 2013, 02:44 AM) Hello everyone, I actually used a lot of DSLRs before and now I'm looking to get one for myself. 17-55 seems good for crop. I'm aiming particularly at Nikon because I like the specs. Currently I got my eyes on the D5300 which of course is not available yet. I want to ask : are there any estimated date of arrival to Malaysia and the price? Also which lens would you all recommend to bundle the camera with? Thanks! QUOTE(gunzerdude @ Nov 10 2013, 05:53 AM) Woke up too early, so decided to try out an idea that's been in my head for some time how to make that green colour effect at the lens ? Shot with the Nikon V1 ![]() |
