QUOTE(copperwire93 @ Oct 1 2013, 07:00 PM) New thread already? Why no upload this one? Better yo although some slight reflections at the bottom of the glass Here are my spam. It is deadly busy month before final exam and I am busy with a lot of functions. Caught indoor so I just shoot my watch to kill the boredom. QUOTE(Agito666 @ Oct 7 2013, 11:12 AM) i never encounter viewfinder cleaning before , however sensor cleaning in nikon center is rm60 like i asked few days ago... Guess I also have to go bug Yannick about my viewfinder also liao maybe view finder need to dissemble the body to clean gua, that's why need more cost. still better rm160 for sensor cleaning in "nikon" shop in KLCC I wonder how dust gets into there anyway QUOTE(amduser @ Oct 7 2013, 11:16 AM) viewfinder no need to care since it doesn't affect image quality and it is a lot of work like align the prism for viewfinder and etc True also, as long as the dust is not big enough to be a distraction when shooting |

QUOTE(amduser @ Oct 7 2013, 11:19 AM) sometime the dust is not inside the viewfinder itself but the mirror that reflect light to the viewfinder, try to brush it off at the mirror see how it goes Cannot brush them off haha, pretty sure its inside haha, though not sure how they got in there Luckily they are not too big to be a distraction at the moment hehe |

QUOTE(silrave @ Oct 8 2013, 11:41 PM) guys wanna ask some problem is As mentioned before, I think its because of you shooting at slow shutter speeds? http://www.flickr.com/photos/104383554@N05/10149351283/ my camera like this is it ok? is it shutter speed setting or change memory card better currently class 4 16gb Although your Class 4 card is not exactly very fast, I don't think you will see any lags for your camera? Unless if when you are shooting continuous shots or video |

QUOTE(AuraSapphire @ Oct 9 2013, 04:06 AM) Hi guys, I don't think new lenses will have any problems with fungal contamination since they are perfectly sealed right out-of-factory without exposure to any external environments. I wanna know, how do you guys actually buy lens?? I know I know, its a very retarded question. But I do need your personal opinion on this. If I go buy a new lens from places such as shop lots or shopping centres/original Nikon shop, LowYat Plaza or etc. How you know it is really new? For example, fungus doesn't really grow that fast right? And these shops, do they keep their lens in drybox or anything or do they just like take it off the shelf/display/storeroom which they do not keep in drybox and just sell it to us. I know that it will definitely look perfect on the spot, but what if it is already in the process of growing fungus or the microorganism has already started attacking the lens but cant be seen with the naked eye. Hypothetically speaking as where we bought the lens on 1st day, then straight away already keep in the drybox, yet it still grow fungus. Then how? Have any of you face such problems? Because today when I ask a camera shop about warranty, he said even with warranty, they do not cover fungus. Since Malaysia weather is quite humid. I just want to be a cautious and smart consumer. Well, I think you all know that Malaysian policies are quite different compared to other countries. Thanks =) For fungi to grow, the lens have to be exposed to fungal spores (which are everywhere in the air), followed by good growing conditions (humidity) for growth |

QUOTE(Reckoning @ Oct 9 2013, 11:03 AM) Ok thanks. I have the budget for the camera only. You can do lossless compression so that 32GB SD card can store close to 800 shots Because the most disturbing part is i saw 32gb is only 400 raw photos for D800. I need to upgrade pc again later. D700, 16gb i cant get 1000+ raw photos. Imagine the hard drive i need to store those. That is gila weh Tolerant to shakes? explain please. And yes, you will need much more processing power for smooth photo editing The 36MP means much better cropping potential, very useful if you are into cropping since one photo can be edited into 2 or 3 different variants depending on "magnification" I think what celciuz sifu meant is that since its 36MP, shots get blurred really easily when viewed at 100%, but that's on 100% la haha |
