During my trip to Phuket, I saw quite a lot ppl using polypropylene (I think) bags which "mounts" at the lens and covers the entire DSLR body. A very good item to avoid getting the DSLR wet
And way cheaper than a casing haha

At the end of the day I think it also depends on passion plus internet. With enough passion and quota, anything can be achieved or learnt Might be a bit slower though since sometimes need to trial and error, which is not exactly a bad thing~

And for those who really want the perfect shot, the exact location where he/she shoots is very important as well

I don't think there is a limit on the number of times you can send it in for cleaning, but while doing that you are missing a lot of shots
