Full USB keyboard support meant.. if I remember corrrectly from Major Nelson's podcast.Previously it was only active when you brought up the soft keyboard for word input.

Now supposedlly the keyboard is always active like another device, arrow keys scroll, etc. etc... I think..

While you're downoading the update and the fuse trips you'll be ok... just hope it doesn't trip when it says "APPLYING UPDATE..." hehehehe

I think more importantly now is that since downloads occur in the background they basically set it to retry indefinetly so I doubt we'll ever see the disconnect message again *crosses fingers*

String : I guess the ppl at MS decided that they don't want to take chances when streaming movies off the MCE and thus turns off downloading when you're running Media Center mode.

Well I know previously it's slow when coming back from a message.. but now it's a bit worse.. since it might have something to do with the network I'm gonna blame Streamyx

did you wait and see whether it'd climb back up to 63% after that? in the preupdate days if the line is bad it sometimes takes a while for it to remember it's full progress

Try through the whole weekend.. mines been on since Friday night downloading the RRX demo. the brick is.. warm.. not super hot. by the way.. guys remember to check the air holes for blockages I was cleaning up my AV deck just now and as I got to my brick, hell look, the exhaust port (the side without the light) was filled with dust so I cleaned it out a bit.

Yes, it would seem like the download doesn't properly know where it stopped when it stops automatically, ie. power off or start a multiplayer game. So I would think the best thing to do is to remember to stop downloads when you're going to do those things.

In case you're wondering how to stop downloads when you're in a game, press the guide button-> personal settings -> Active Downloads.
