Not really. It is currently a disused old KTM line. All they have to do is to rebuild the line.

It will go all the way to the existing KTM line (Subang Jaya). Most of the alignment, actually on currently disused Sri Subang KTM branch line.

Most of the line will be on disused old KTM alignment. However, new part would be the northern end of the line, it will be elevated at the northern end.
