QUOTE(shahiryusoff @ Oct 2 2013, 11:39 PM) Almost everyone is gonna have this issue. i`m trying to find the one with no small gap at the curve but didnt find it,What I'm trying to say is that's considered as a normal defect. Wait, that's not even considered a defect. That's more to a normal problem where they won't be able to get the phone fix 100% tightly. It's the same like cars. Even if you buy a new car, it's sure gonna have gaps in between maybe the bumpers or dashboard or somewhere else. I don't make assumptions based on my dissapointment uncle. I dare say 95% will be affected because it's a normal thing. Tell me if yours is 100% perfect. the display phone too have the small gap, my friend to have a small gap, so i think its normal the gap too i think impossible to fit my finger, maybe a little side of a paper can fit into it. and just dirt can fill into it. |

QUOTE(vince74 @ Oct 3 2013, 12:13 AM) Based on the pic by Azwan, itseems there are diff degrees of detect. Mine also dent around the same place but very minor and no visible gap below. Maybe that's the joint. My wife's unit has no visible dent at all. does your unit & your wife unit have a small gap at the corner? |

QUOTE(lancesaurus @ Oct 3 2013, 12:17 AM) Not sure why all these drama about the bengkok defect. It seems that everyone here wants to be proven right. yeah,Yes, I read through every post since V1 and I hardly post comments cuz its moving too fast. Good for the thread. However I do think we do not have to go to the extent to comment on each other's "rant" about defect units, creating more problems to both parties and add to the sadness of the less fortunate. I believe there'll be people who'll have comments about what I say too LOL!! Anyways my unit also have the bengkok defect but really, its really minor and doesn't affect the functionality of the phone. Its so minor that it goes unnoticed unless the user is like a build version of a "pixelpeeper". Don't think there's a need to insist on a 1-to-1 change for that. I remember some of us here said this in older threads before. As long as you're happy with your phone enough la. You're the one spending money on it, why wanna focus on meticulous problems and make yourself unhappy? (I added the last sentence) Anyways let's just be one big happy Note 3 family k? Btw I've filled in the form as well haha EDIT: Oh damn I keyed in 25 Oct its just minor, no need to think more about it, when Note4 is out, just sell it and then get Note4, then complain again about defect, or maybe just wait for a month and sell it for the comin Note3 curve display---dont know if its true or its comin to Malaysia.... |

mine too looks like blacktubi picture,
and the right side can slide a thin paper to it, looks at the bright side, maybe heat more easy to disperse & if drop my phone, screen might hard to crack coz got gap to absorb the impact----now i`m talking hooohaa.... |

i`m talking about the thin gap between the chrome bezel and the screens glass right. If so yeah maybe some Galaxy Note 3's have this. It's the design of the glass/case. In fact I believe the Galaxy S 3 and Note1 also has this problem, seeing as how they use the same design. Don't be bothered by it imho, and don't let other's tell you it's not there. Some people have different perception levels and attention to detail. It's there. It's there by design. It may vary in how great the gap is, but in such a minuscule amount that you couldn't tell the difference. This post has been edited by wolfverine81: Oct 3 2013, 01:18 PM |
