Just went to Samsung Service Center to ask for a replacement for my note 3 back cover that has a small pointy thingy on it. They told me they dont have the spare part and it could cost $$ since the back cover isnt covered by the warranty. Somemore they told me its a small problem and I'm only disappointed by small problem. Felt abit sad though but luckly the girl I ask smile really nice makes me not sad anymore. Oh well, gonna sell my note 3 and buy new 1

Just out from samsung service center at pj,my phone currently having handwriting problem,cant detect at all..according to the customet service guy,it is software problem and the ptoblrm can only be solve after 2 week.he say waiting for new software to arrive then will call me back to instal the new software..for those wondering how to register warranty...below are the step

Guys why when i write using the handwriting recognition the written words get stuck?
I can just scribble everything on the handwriting area but nothing gets transferred to the chat.
help pls. Tried clearing data+cache from the samsung keyboard app and reset to defaults d.

I can't find the setting, can you tell me where's the setting to add/remove app inside Pen Window?

I thought only Samsung / Google related apps that listed in Pen Window application, but in my case WhatsApp also included. But no Gallery / Music apps (although these are Samsung default app).
