I think this means, although it is using snapdragon 800, BUT you won't see Qualcomm chip when you dissect your device. You will only see Samsung chip because Samsung combine the processor with eMMC under the same chip, as the K3QF7F70DM-QGCE.

not sure. So last year when setting up the Note II, i use another email to sign in and get 50GB in a second account. This year lazy to do that already.


this happen only when you plug in a USB3.0 device into a USB2.0 port which your computer has a USB3.0 port. If your device is USB2.0 and you plug into USB2.0, no such message come out.

I think it is default USB3.0 coz when i plug into a USB3.0 port, the transferring speed is definitely faster compared to USB2.0. Tested copy a MP4 video into the phone memory - 433MB in 13 seconds. Dun think USB2.0 will be that fast.

Try connect your Note 3 to a USB3.0 port.

yup, I already asked in dropbox forum. Mod say cannot extend and cannot stack. Even after your current promotion expired, you cannot entitle for the 50GB again.

Unless you are quite lucky and got bug, then you can stack. Like some of the people can stack (you can google), even fruitie on this thread also can stack.

I personally tried to stack but failed, so I gift the 50GB to my girlfriend.

Another thing is, last time my GS3, I don't know why he give me 2 times the 50GB promotion.
So now I have 2 different accounts with each 50GB.
But expiration date is same.

No, I always plug my Note3 into USB3.0 port, and the "your device can performs faster" message pop-up in windows.
I think we must manually enabled the 3.0 in the android setting like shown by joytest.

Can you please try this method and see whether got speed difference?

hi all, just got my note 3. noticed that when i set the vibration intensity to highest, there is a slight rattling sound in the 1st second, after that it become normal. anybody faced the same thing? just wanna know if my unit is defective

If a page is very long, you can only capture part of it that is visible on the screen only right?
Can you capture the whole page that is very long? (for example. the whole lowyat page with 20 replies)

It can only be done in some regions' firmware. Some places have laws against silent camera shutters, you know....

If you root your phone, then of course you can do wonders......

No it will only capture part of the screen. It captures a *scrap* laaaa......then includes the link for you to view later.

The other way of invoking it is to press the s-pen button, then draw an enclosing line around whatever you want captured. Once you close release the button, a few icons pop up at the bottom and you can choose scrapbook, the 1st icon on the left.

so that later no need purposely reload the whole page again - easier and save bandwidth

Although I haven't explored other scrapbooking apps, but I believe if you've used something like Zotero before, that only saves the link to a page. So I believe Scrapbook here is a pretty good implementation of its intended function.

that's why they scrap the source link. so you can view the page again.

Fine, I accept it as what it was intended for.
But I still hope they can improve it to allow scrapping whole page on the future.

Didn't use zotero before.
On PC I usually only use Firefox bookmark and Pocket.
Most of the times I don't close my sessions until I read them all. sometimes more than 100 tabs. I save it using Tabmix session manager and TabCloud.

For very important information, I save the whole page OFFLINE using right click.

Ya I know about that. But need to reload... my area no LTE coverage... means very slow
