Just want to double confirm, if running official .257 firmware, can I root my phone? I know there is a tutorial for that on the first page but it mentioned to flash .257 then flash older stock kernel then flash root then flash new kernel. Am interested to try CM10.2 since nightly is already available. also do I need to unlock bootloader first?
Also .257 can flash custom recovery like TWRP?

Anyone manage to download and watch any of the free movies from the Privilege Movies app? I have completed downloading Battle:Los Angeles but everytime I try to play the movie it tells me not able to play and ask me to delete it and download again. Tried 3 times with same result....
