Just now out of curiosity i poped out the device manager to check. I saw the usb controller is a usb 3.0 host. does that mean it is using a 3.0 compliant or just compatible?

Hie today I meet a problem with the tablet rear camera. I checked the device manager, it said the camera got power failure. Anyone had this problem b4? can self fix or do i need to send it back for warranty?
