Takemoto then needs to go away for his job, and Hagu made him some sandwich. This was the best and also the saddest moment of this series as in the sandwich was layers upon layers of 4 leaf clovers and honey (Hachimitsu to Kuroba). Remember that when Shuuji was going away, Hagu cannot even find 1? Well somehow this meant that even tho Takemoto was not romantically involved with her, he still is her most important friend. And IMHO, that what this story is about, the power of friendship. It ends with a funny scene of Takemoto trying to eat the sandwiches Also, a spinoff manga is in the works it seems
