17. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 N9000 S-View with IC Folio Flip Case

would like to ask for this case it got the actual IC chip which activate the real Smart feature or by installing a third party software? I've been tricked before and got myself a fake software version which doesn't have the IC chip installed, would like to make sure before i purchase. Thanks.
