QUOTE(Dothan @ Jan 4 2017, 09:12 AM) That compressor sound seems not a good sign. Mine not hissing sound, the sound is like the steering is friction with the plastic bracket and it produce the sound whenever i turn my steering at both direction. Anyway my SA told me that reassemble the components will do. Will update later, send in my car to SC on thursdayBut for steering wise, you may hear some hissing sound after first few min starting engine. This is normal. QUOTE(RevolutionWorks @ Jan 4 2017, 10:11 AM) I got that loud 'tak' 'tak' noise too, I asked my service advisor he said its normal I asked the Service Advisor too, he told me that it is the sound of the compressor magnet being too strong so it got the 'tak' 'tak' sound when the compressor kick in and outQUOTE(M@rine @ Jan 4 2017, 10:15 AM) Hey. I notice the "tak" "tak" noise as well but not sure where it come from. The noise has been there since the first day i got the car and my car is almost 2 years now. So far no issues. I guess its normal maybe. Maybe its normal, i tried to listen from the engine bay with the A/C on the sound is from the compressor. Even louder if u listen from outside the car. This post has been edited by whitewhite: Jan 4 2017, 02:12 PM |

QUOTE(RevolutionWorks @ Jan 4 2017, 02:58 PM) Yeap, the sound is louder if from outside. Not sure this gonna have long term effect or not. No worries, our car cover with warranty just not sure is the warranty cover when the compressor kong. maybe just try to tell them during service and let them to have a check on the compressor. Seems like not every owner over here having this problem. Do you notice the sound during the first day you got your car?So only me, you and @M@rine notice this sound, btw my jazz is 10 months old. So only me, you and @M@rine notice this sound, one more psr516 is also having this issue. QUOTE(prs516 @ Jan 4 2017, 03:01 PM) Do you notice the sound during the first day you got your car? |

QUOTE(M@rine @ Jan 4 2017, 05:34 PM) Till today i still have no idea how to use the HDMI port lol. Mind sharing how to connect your phone to the screen? If i'm not mistake for iphone you can get lightning to HDMI converted cable from apple store and connect it directly to your car HDMI port then select HDMI from source. For android there is also same converter available but it didn't works on all phone model. Currently i'm using HDMI dongle to mirror cast my phone screen. You do need to install a bypass cable too else when you release your Park Brake/handbrake the screen will be disable automatically. But my Jazz is spec E so just a ref to you. I use ez cast to mirror my android phone screen at another car |

QUOTE(prs516 @ Jan 6 2017, 04:47 PM) Honda warranty is part by part. if you mod on wheels, only things related to wheel like suspension shaft and so on warranty will be voided the rest still remain the same.QUOTE(IMfae_ @ Jan 9 2017, 10:21 PM) Hv u pick ur car??? [attachmentid=8381449] does your information display has outside temp? Mine don't have. But when I asked the Honda Malaysia FB page. It said for Jazz E has the outside temp indicator. I'm confused. [attachmentid=8381450] Nope, my instrument cluster didn't show any outside temperature. but i found the temperature is not really accurate from my other Honda car. i notice that this Jazz don't even have indicator to show whether the engine is cold or hot, My previous GM3 still have the indicator to show whether the engine is in cold or hot state. |
