Just got mine last week. Purely town driving - compared to my City idsi this jazz is better in the following areas:

Looks - jazz is more sexy and I think appeals more to the younger age group ( I am 56)
Sound - better sound proofing
Absorbtion - smoother ride as I think the Jazz has softer absrobers
Audio - superior in sound and features
Interior - I like the interior design

Only negative is lack of spare tyre which maybe a problem especially when you travel outstation frequently
