you can select to turn of Engine Auto Start/Stop, and therefore the aircond will not off. I know its a shame/waste to turn off an Eco feature but, just so you know, it can be turned off. But i imagine if jam in early morning then no problem since the surrounding temp still cool

i remember i read somewhere in the owner's manual during the short brief time that i 'own' a jazz hybrid... i think the engine has to be off, and there's some input, like press the ECON for 5 sec or something.. don't remember.
