QUOTE(perrrhhh @ Nov 15 2016, 02:35 PM) Yes but need to find right offset so the tyre will not hit fender. I'm not so good with the rims and tyre knowledge yet~ May I know what you mean by the "offset"? I have seen people with jazz v-spec uses the the stock rim 16" with PS3 205/50/16 no problem. So I guess PS4 also no problem with stock rim. I forgotten what is it about people mentioning saying the stock rim is 6" somewhere and to put 205/50/16 then should get a rim with 6.5". Is this what you mean of the offset?PS4 with wider tyre cornering gooding yoo Anyway how much PS4 per donut? Ya weih, PS4 wider tyre cornering should be better alot... I go genting with everything stock but additional UR front strut bar and rear ASB bar still quite good for cornering. I have not gone tyre pricing survey but PS4 RRP RM505/piece for 205/50/16. I think outside maybe around 450-480. |

QUOTE(perrrhhh @ Nov 15 2016, 03:42 PM) Yes you can use 205/50/16 with stock rims but it will look like donut wow, so much details Here guide for understanding wheel size Example Wheel Size: 16x7 4-100 40S 16 Wheel Diameter: The size of the wheel as measured across its center. 7 Wheel Width: The width of the wheel as measured across its barrel from the front rim to the rear rim. 4-100 Bolt Pattern: The bolt pattern indicates the arrangement of lug holes and consists of two elements: the number of bolts, or lugs (4 in this case), and the distance between them across the center of the wheel (100mm in our example). For more detailed information, visit our Bolt Pattern page. 40 Offset: The offset of a wheel is what locates the tire and wheel assembly in relation to the suspension. More specifically, it is the measured distance between the hub mounting surface and the centerline of the rim. Our Info Center has more information in the Wheel Offset page. S Finish: With hundreds of different wheels there are dozens of different wheel finishes. They are clearly marked at the end of the wheel size (ex. S = silver). http://www.discounttire.com/dtcs/infoWheelSize.do About 6" i believe its about width is your rims More increase the width, more wider the tyre Correct me if im wrong sifu but i get to understand about the wheels more now, thanks so maybe i have to get an aftermarket rim with 16x6.5 4x100 50S, something like that? |
