My advice as quite an old admiral,
1)Summer event flagship prize will probably become a drop (Amatsukaze as example)
2)Please make sure to focus leveling CA/CVL as they will be the shortcut to save resource
3)i know LSC is bad but try to get Akitsumaru or Taihou
4)Oyodo and Akashi drop is important,if you can't finish the event then start farming the nodes with this ship as a drop as their capabilities is much needed.
5)Bucket? do a full course on daily+exp and you can get 10-15 bucket per day easily.

i should not reset my E4 yesterday

but no worry, just finish the boss three time

I done my 2nd run on E-4-M node EASY under 25% BOSS hp bar, so far no result yet.

Getting S rank is much harder than the O node Submarine Princess, can you post your escort fleet setup here? Can be a good reference...

My fleet: Surface Task Force with 2 of my highest lvl FBBs in Escort fleet with Sanshiki-dan, just hope the Hime wont instantly taiha both of them before night battle~
