its proven in every event, the saviors of teitokus are
1. high luck DDs
2. CA/Vs LOTS OF IT
3. CV and CVL (if devs made bullshit levels of enemy fighters)

this summer event, ive been reusing the same old same old high luck DDs, Ayanami and Shigure. both have been extremely reliable, granted they are crit magnets

it would be massive trouble if it wasnt for the luck that i found Zuihou.. power leveled her and used her immediately since other CVLs are locked

BBs and CL isnt used much afaik, so dont need to keep alot of them inside your fleet.

imo, as long you have
for BBs, Kongou sisters, Fusou sister, Ise and Hyuuga and Nagamon class, youre good to go

for CLs, Sendai sisters, Agano class, the 3 CLTs, Abukuma The Cancer Voice, Melon and Ooyodo, youre also good to go

getting Teruzuki is a boon for me, since i now have 10cm+FD which was previously locked to people who have Akizuki

more AA class DDs are now able to trigger AACI as spare instead of the ever reliable Maya Kai Ni

Theres very few high luck DDs, the only ones considered lucky are poi, ayanami, shigure, beaver

For CA, Myoukou class is superb. CAV wise, Mogami class is needed, same goes for Tone class. But dem blueprints!

The moment i heard Abukuma getting Kai Ni and can equip midget sub, she went from level 1 to 75 in a span of few days, i even gave her blueprint immediately

Focus on Teruzuki, shes your backup AACI in case Maya Kai 2 fails. Im power levelling her atm, eventhough only lvl30+, her AA stats is impressive (she has built in AAFD also)

Poi only has 20 LUCK 

As I remember the lucky DDs mostly people use are Yukikaze, Shigure, Ayanami, Hatsushimo (seldom people use).
Kinugasa has 20.3cm (No.3) Twin Gun Mount. 

Mogami class get Mikuma for her 20.3cm (No.3) Twin Gun Mount too, also improve the gun with Akashi.

But... but... I don't see anyone use Poi as CI player before. 

20 luck really isn't high enough to be reliable for triggering CI.

actually poi with 2* 7 start quintorp night battle can reach 294 firepower already.
73+93+12+12+3+3=196 *1.5= 294

just a suggestion
if already have high level yukikaze and shigure,
Please put the priority to CA(myoko/ eugen) and abukuma the stack of maruyu first before poi and shimakaze..
this is to ensure that you can have 4/5 out 6 in team 2 that can do one-hit KO sniping cutin and get all the event hard-mode only equipment.

if too dependant on yukikaze and shigure, the amount of trial and error on final boss is too much unless you have many resource and time。

73+93 is firepower without equipment
quintorp  12 torp + 3 torp (7star)= 15 torp stat

poi with 2 quintrop
73+93+15+15
=196

cutin *1.5
=294
shigure is 57+84+ 15*3=186 *1.5= 279

if boss roll armor is 280 then shigure cutin will only deal 10% of boss hp.
because unable to penetrate the armor

i mean shigure all 3 slot using 61cm_Quintuple_(Oxygen)_Torpedo_Mount with all 7 star modification to reach 279 firepower

poi only need 2 slot with quint torp 7 star and her firepower 294 is more than shigure already

max is 300 more than that is no count

quintorp is quintuple torpedo, the picture shows what torpedo you have equipped when your ship is performing a cut-in

torpedo night cut-in might activate when you have at least 2 torpedo equipped, but you cant equip another gun on 3rd slot or it will become another type of cut-in (gun + torpedo cut-in) which have lower multiplier damage

for night torpedo CI (since mostly people refer to it when they says night CI) i just chuck in 3 of my best torpedoes and hope for the good, unless i really needed the slot then i will have to take away the torpedo for searchlight (depends to condition and preference)

the max is 300, but its just the night battle damage soft cap, damage more than 300 will be diminished, but nobody blames yamato and musashi for having more than 150 firepower during day battle right? since other BBs can easily achieve almost 150 firepower. they do have their perks for having firepower (or firepedo during night) over the soft cap. 

but its just me, i dont think i have good enough equipments to let my girls reach the soft cap, so i just chuck in all my best torpedoes into Yukikaze / Shigure / Ayanami 

she surprisingly came to me on my second attempt of 2-5

but sadly i have none of the LSC ships yet 

didn't bother to LSC because i don't need the LSC ships urgently yet. but of course i don't expect them to come immediately when i LSC 

just got akashi today from 2-5 jow trying my luck to get taigei or i-401

I spent all my resources getting ships after clearing the event. Literally everyday spam expeditions and spam event maps only. Even until the last 35 minutes before server goes down for ending the event, then only I get the final ship I wanted.

That's why no resources for LSC firework after event

Playing with windows tablet can use viewer much convenient

what's the way to do it?
do we can bypass by using cookie region like on browser, that seem unlikely since this is for android platform

if anything use VPN/proxy method but gameplay gonna be suck and slow
actually ancient Windows gadget can do fine

actually the idea is not that bad. the problem is the resetting part at 12 am, considering most office worker would only able to play around 9-12 pm, they can only play on weekend
