Pretty much summarises my experience in e3 hard mode. I gonna experience it again in e7, medium.
Yeah, i giv up my pride as 2 A-grads admiral to rescue lolis from sinister sisters.

at first i was thinking to easy if my bucket drop until 400...
now my bucket amount is about 440 left cry.gif
and my fuel only have about 66000 left cry.gif

but luckily manage to clear this map at med for the catapult rclxm9.gif

hopefully i can finish E7 easy...
i think i will save final kill of E7 until next weekend while use this week to slowly kill the boss and maybe do some farming on other map tongue.gif

The amount of insanity ieven in e7 "easy" mode is insane.

I want e7 medium, but my bucket say no;
surrender to e7 easy, hopefully it will be easier then e7 medium.

Reason is, some China admiral do perform some sort of 'ritual' during farming time:
1) Get Roma when watching "Roma Holiday"
2) Get Unryuu when watching “liangjian" (亮剑， a.k.a. Drawing sword) coz there are a character name as "Zhao Yun Long" (赵云龙) which bear same mandarin name as Unryuu (云龙)
3) Get Isokaze by watching Fate/stay night, coz Isokaze same cv as Saber.

Below are my personal rant on summer events i had experienced:
Last year i had been through the hellish AL/MI and failed to settle the final boss;
This time around, i settled on easy/medium mode on most event due to unexpected map clearing mechanism;
I dun know what will happen in next year summer event...

But the buckets and screws are major headache.
TBH my oil did drop to below 1k TWICE in this summer event, one during e3 last dance, and one during e7 medium blood grinding (which i changed to so-called easy mode later), left alone buckets that never exceed 150 units after event started, and reduce to single digit once.

My favourite setup for kongou class is special 41cm and special 35.6cm.
During e7 amour-grinding route i didn't find they miss target that much until need change both gun to 35.6cm.

But for fusou class, i did find special 41cm x2 will cause miss or scratch damage to enemy fleet more often than special 41cm and 35.6cm special/camo....

I spend 10k oil, 80+ buckets on this quest.
That 20% chances are not yet devided by retrear in middle node and chances to get a S rank in boss node.

So there i went, after 20+ retreat, 20+ drain, 7 times boss sortie.....i finally get those pity screws.

The only surefire way to clear this M.O.L.I. (mother of lord insanity) quest is use line abreast formation to kill the sub ASAP. Need to sacrifice 1 dd firepower for full anti-sub setup and better equip the dd with AACI gun, coz the enemy cvl amd cv is there. Boss node support is a MUST should you using line abreast, or gamble against RNG goddess and hope that no sub ever exist in boss node.
