i use 2 CL (sendai kai, jintsuu kai) and 4 dd (poi kai, shigure kai, fubuki kai, hibiki kai)
equip a plane for sendai and jintsuu, choose the lower path (sub node) and everytime will meet boss at second last node
(maybe boss meet requirement is low for easy...)

i have once at the second last node disconnect/server busy  
have to refresh/close browser and open again (i use google chrome)

yeah, medium had the final dance boss armor increased to 175 from 150. and you get the feggit 2 CV Hime with their Pokeballs aimbots

Ayanami and Poi is fantastic with their FP eventhough DD class, it took longer for me cause had a few runs where left boss only but torp cut in failed to activate
