Hey guys, I paid online for unifi via occ.unifi.my using CIMBCLICKS for the first time just now (just subscribed for 3 months, previously paid at TM point).
I made the payment and money deducted, but in the unifi portal it still shows outstanding RM147.65. May I know is it normal that it takes some time to clear? thanks in advance. |

Anyone can check if Unifi customer portal ( http://occ.unifi.my ) can be logged in? Tried many times but it won't get past the login page... Want to pay bill now.
