QUOTE(amirsubhi @ Dec 24 2013, 12:39 AM) Unifi using Innatech? new router after the L7. Can you show us the router pic? Some information from google that it was manufactured by Shenzhen Gongjin Electronics Yes, new router. I am newly subscribed and noticed of this hardware. Try to change DNS from the webUI is not possible. It is the same look as Innatech W7100N with less configuration to admin account. Going to use this one for a while and soon to change to ASUS too. This default hardware is not supoorting QoS at all.

QUOTE(cherroy @ Jan 13 2014, 03:08 PM) Ya, even mentioned by installer, they only came across it last week. I am using it for almost a month now. Very basic feature available. No QoS though. So far its Wifi signal is ok considering my place is not big. This post has been edited by tartputat: Jan 13 2014, 04:09 PM

As above mentioned feedback, you should ask them to change it immediately as different operator will answer you enquiries each time you call them and their understanding on your situation might varies which could lead to a lot of misunderstanding too.
Best way, drop a complaint email (include your report number) as this could be use as written proof to mention that they wrongly billed you the amount. This is also a valid communication that you can use for future complaint if necessary.
