QUOTE(unknownhammie @ Jan 20 2014, 03:06 PM) Any cheras user having issue? Seems like high ping playing online / sometimes browser cant load. Tried restart few time , same issue... hmm QUOTE(redeyeskev @ Jan 20 2014, 04:03 PM) same here. browser can't load, using chrome, it's always stuck at "resolving host". Don't know what the problem is. then after awhile its back to fast awesome internet, then got intermittens like this. Anyone knows how to fix, is it their problem or mine... Same problem here guys. Really hard to find games in PS3 COD and CS:GO on PC. Usually get 20-30ping games but all my games today was over 150ping. Also, very unstable download speeds + sometimes can't connect to websites.Cheras area using VIP20. Anyone else? This post has been edited by Kiaku95: Jan 21 2014, 11:08 PM |

QUOTE(masashi89 @ Jan 21 2014, 12:24 PM) Hi guys, sorry to ask this nub question, but, is there really gonna be big difference using a third party router than using the TM's? In my opinion, if you dun do torrent download wifi coverage to further area, and dun mind the stability problem, default router still served its function well. It is not that bad actually.thanks in advance. |

UNIFI have been very crappy in the nights lately. Any international connections goes very unstable and have 100% lost packets randomly. Worse is sometimes the connection just went actively dead, pun intended. PS: noticed my IP address changed when it reconnects, used to be always the same before |

QUOTE(jovial @ Jan 20 2014, 09:56 AM) PPPoE log in is : xxxx@unifi damn so leceh like this..if wanna change my log password on i have to call them n let them know password??Password you need to call the helpline and they will tell you. Just say you want to use your own router. Keep original router as Unifi technician won't support other router. This post has been edited by zombie24: Jan 22 2014, 10:56 PM |

Got a call from TM Unifi, they offered me to upgrade to VIP10 @ only RM179/month. Should I? I'm currently satisfied with my plan. But of course, want faster speed la.
Anyway, anyone can recommend any aftermarket unifi-compatible routers? Kinda sick with mine already. Every week have to restart... |

Normally the upgrade offer is offered to those near or after 2 years contract, whereby if accept the offer, another 2 years contract bound.
It is not available to everyone, certainly not for new subscriber, As after 2 years contract, one can terminate the service and can migrate to another provider (like Maxis if available) who may use the same infrastructure. |
