Just some clarification on Harvey Norman Note 3 purchases. Yes, you can use credit card points as a rebate for the phone purchase. Mine was with Citibank. They will check your points for you on the spot. Also, while you pay full RM2399 for the phone,  it comes free with a S-view cover (staff said its ori samsung but not in stock yet), a 8gb thumb drive and a screen protector (also not in stock yet). 0% cc instalment plan also available. Once the screen protector and s-view cover comes in, they will call you to go collect.
