im using ipad 3 ios 5.1.1 (jailbreak) is it still possible to upgrade to 6.1.2 via iTunes?

I tried manually but no luck, it gives me error 3194 with tiny umbrella error 4014.

Sorry to say but i dont think that iOS 6.1.2 is available now. Apple had already stop signing it so you have no way of updating your ipad to iOS 6.1.2. Perhaps iOS 7 is your only choice now if you want to update via itunes.
