I have a Wide screen LCD TV and have connected my laptop to it. I want to display a wide screen dvd using window media player without the black bars but dunno how to do it.
Must I change resolution? Currently on 1024 x 860...
Any tips?

Im not sure about Windows Media Player, but MPC (media player classic) has a lot of controls for the screen size and ratio...
