After using many other programs, I found that Adobe Acrobat 7 Professional can download the whole or specific parts of the webpage and safe it in a PDF file. It is very good and even on my dailup connection, It downloads pages very fast. It makes a good web browser too.

No, and it is very expensive. But well for some of you who happened to have bough this item or have it at works it makes a good tool.

i still cant figure out what's the difference between a full professional and a normal reader, they doesn't seems to be any difference to me

You cannot use reader to create PDF files but Professional can. Plus there are many other powerful tools in Professional for creating, editing and touching up PDF files.
