Hi guys, i just wanted to share my experience on dealing with item.com.my / paul1978
This is exactly what has transpired, and i am not going to comment if he is or is not a reliable seller, if you are planning on dealing with him, please make your own judgement.

Last night (22/Sept) at 7.50pm, i sms him at 012-6666368 -

Me - Hi, i saw your ad on lelong, interested to get the Note 3 @ RM 2199 Black color, do you have stock ? Can i pay cash & collect at your shop at the summit tomorrow ?

item.com (This is his exact word from the SMS, no more, no less) - Left some Pls walk in to our celcom xclusive store G floor G32 Summit complex USJ infront of converse shop mon-fri 12-9/sat-sun 12-7pm pls text b4 come tq

Me - Will come over tomorrow before lunch, will text you before i come, can you please reserve one unit of black for me please ? Btw, what is the 5 free gift? Thanks.

item.com - Stylus pen car charger car holder card reader extra cable prepaid card headset choose 5 tq

Me - Ok. I will come over tomorrow, thanks.

Today (23/Sept) at 10.45am, i sms him (i took 1 day leave today... to buy note 3 from item.com.my)

Me - Hi, can i come over to your shop at 12pm to get the note 3 black ? Thanks.

item.com - Double check if any left over. only sell to preorder at the moment

Me - I thought you said got a few left last night ? Anyway please check and let me know soon, thanks.

item.com - Preorder list is more than 100 at the moment...will double check

Me (12pm) - Hi, have you check your note 3 stock yet ? Thanks.

item.com - Will double check after lunch

Me (1.30pm upon arriving at The Summit USJ) - Have you check your stock ? Hope to get from you today, i just went to cash out from atm, i am in the summit now. Thanks.

item.com - Sorry will sell on 24th or 25th only after preorder tq

Me - Ok. Never mind then, Thanks.

The above is what has transpired during our deal, sad to say that i trusted item.com.my and took a day leave to go to his shop. But i guess i will be buying from ebay deal on 25th Sept since it is technically less than 2 days from now. As a reminder, i did not buy anything from item.com.my, and i am not going to comment on the way he conduct his business, i guess everyone has their right to conduct their business in their own way. All i know is that i will not be so trusting the next time around no matter how reputable the seller is or how long the seller has been doing his business online.
So what i lost was a day leave from work, my time to travel to summit usj, some sms cost, and travelling expenses, and of course, disappointment and loss of trust.

ps : one thing is that at least item.com.my did reply my sms promptly, and not turn off the phone like other seller (from what i read from this thread, not my personal experience)
