Very impressive project. Hope they sell and do well. I just chked with them on the selling price. It is really Very very high in rawang.They told me about 2500psf on ave.
Although they said they will have on wholesales center, 4 star Hotel, theme park, convention center and etc but no specific operators are on board yet. The developer is still relatively new. Was wondering if they can really pull through this massive project.
