The 40 retail lot buyers will be offered to convert their purchase to the shoplot.

Every time I also want to laugh at those that buys Rawang and think of it as a good investment. 

Have a look around and you will get what I mean, new houses most of them are vacant.

Aeon Rawang also many tenants closed down.

Anggun City already completed 1 year + and only a few units are occupied.

Beside Anggun City also some shoplots just newly completed.

Even the shoplots in Bandar Country Homes itself also not yet fully occupied 

I myself really glad to heard this news, you know why? Cancel before build it rather than abandon in the half way...developer without any tracks record want to build this mix development I think many people will expect got this result today

DA is not exactly newbie developer....

As developer u need to grow and take on mega project in order to grow. Cant forever build smallish development saja.

But u also need to get finance and nust have banker friends....ultimately no one will put their own money to develop land ...unless u r shc or ioi.

But better dun build lah...this part of north kul no govt support unlike the south....no mrt lrt silly con valley transport hub and etc....

Dun trust gurus. Dun eat cow dung
