Nowadays, bank will conducting their own study before deciding on bridging loan or credit facilities...
If you are not top ten developers or your development gdv is set unrealistic higher than bank evaluation (bear in mind, not valuation) The chances of getting those loan and facilities is - zero... That's why eventually, the only way is to sell the land before bank is force sell your land if any default in term loan |
