DA is not exactly newbie developer....As developer u need to grow and take on mega project in order to grow. Cant forever build smallish development saja.
But u also need to get finance and nust have banker friends....ultimately no one will put their own money to develop land ...unless u r shc or ioi.
But better dun build lah...this part of north kul no govt support unlike the south....no mrt lrt silly con valley transport hub and etc....
