passed by the site along NSE. What I saw was an empty land without any activities. Unless developer's website is showing something else. With this rate if the mall will be completed it will be another 10-15years.

It's been how long since it was soft launched? 2013?

Seems like this project wont go on after all? 🤔

Every time I also want to laugh at those that buys Rawang and think of it as a good investment.

Have a look around and you will get what I mean, new houses most of them are vacant.

Aeon Rawang also many tenants closed down.

Anggun City already completed 1 year + and only a few units are occupied.

Beside Anggun City also some shoplots just newly completed.

Even the shoplots in Bandar Country Homes itself also not yet fully occupied

Yes, it is that bad. actually majority of the people here do not have much spending power. Why do I say that, because the props here are really cheap before. around rm200k already can get a 2 storey terrace. Most of them are already occupied I say 15 years ago, so its even cheaper at that time. and then there are also many many flats up the hill.

So, the people here where can afford to spend . If the community around here cannot afford to spend, confirm it will never be successful.

Even if those that can afford to spend they also go further away to shopping on weekends already.

Why do I say that? Because the roads heading to the highway jams on weekends, whereas the road heading into Rawang (Aeon side) doesnt jam at all.
