Have almost similar experience i think somewhere last week. While driving listening to radio station, suddenly the right speaker dont have any sound. Only left speaker working as normal. I even go and ketuk ketuk the speaker.

Then only realise it is radio station problem after switching to other station.

Probably TeeArrDee will auto balance the sound when having problem.

For JB area, proton I CARE will ask you go to either Plentong or Larkin.
If they ask you go Tmn.U, you need to said they didn't service Inspira

haha, anything you not happy just go Larkin SC... keep complaint will do and said "I check with KL head office they said need to dismantle and send to factory for repair"...
dont be scare complaint cause you are having"TOP" class of Protong car at all range, do you agree?

I mention to Plentong that I first services at Larkin and they didn't solve my dashboard sound problem, and I will shot at proton I care if this time still can't fix the problem.

BTW, my car stay at their place until friday from today

latest UPDATE on the stock HU, SC send back the HU and installed back from KL. The technician said it is natural as the device will reduce sound volume when the receiver is bad to reduce noise and it is not mulfunction... so still back to original stage
