Skidded on NKVE Exit 104 To Subang Jaya this morning around 7am.

Estimated cost of repair RM2200 (Headlights RM900).

Have to admit I was going above 60km/h. Lost control and my car spun 360 & ended up facing against the traffic flow. *Thank God not many other cars as it's a public holiday.

Approximately 5 seconds after my car came to a complete stop a Proton Persona experienced the same thing.

The driver however had a heads-up as he saw my car spinning in the front. He ended up hitting head on with the barrier on the left.



*Our cars did not come into contact and both events are independent.

I am fine and so is the other driver. Lesson learnt; drive extra carefully when the road is wet.

Only 1 headlight is damaged though. I'm sure you'd want to sell it in a pair?

Won't be claiming insurance as it's not worth it in the long run losing the NCB I am enjoying now.

Yes the timing is quite right. I already have an Evo bumper to be painted and installed.

It was at a turning at a highway. NKVE EXIT 104 from Shah Alam to Subang Jaya.

Yes on normal days when road not wet it is fine. Very unfortunate today, but fortunate enough to be alive.

The other driver suspect got oil on road because he was driving according to the speed limit at the curve (I think it's 50 or 60km/h) but still lost control of the car.

We both went into the same spot when it happened. He will be lodging a police report. I won't because I don't want all the complications with NCB and whatnot.

We (the Proton Persona & I) were still able to drive without tow trucks after that.
